In 1938, in early autumn, on September 4, a girl was born in the Udmurt Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic, the village of Zura, Igrinsky District. At the age of 16, the girl, having told her mother that she would enter the school of foreign languages, moved to Moscow. Having successfully passed an audition at several theater schools, she opted for the Gnessin School to get a special education. Since the desire to sing prevailed in Margarita. After college, she is admitted to the Gnessin Institute for the 2nd year.

Singing career

Having sung the song "Moscow Windows", the young Suvorova took 3rd place. For this, in 1960, she was awarded the title of Laureate of the All-Russian Contest of Variety Artists. The famous composer Korepanov created the Udmurt opera "Natal" especially for the unique voice of the young artist. In which Margarita, together with the Perm Symphony Orchestra of the Opera House, performed the most complex aria Natal. In 1961, this first Udmurt opera was presented in Izhevsk. In 1965, the song "Victory Day" at the all-Union festival made a huge success and won first place. It was written by Lyudmila Gurchenko, performed by Margarita Suvorova.

The Murmansk radio broadcasts performances with the participation of Margarita Suvorova, where the young artist plays two characters Manka and the countess. In parallel, she continues her solo performances in Udmurtia. In 1974, Margarita Suvorova received the title of People's Artist of the Udmurt Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic for her creative contribution to the cultural development of the republic.

Glory and fame

The end of the 60-70s, the popularity of Margarita Suvorova is growing. The singer's repertoire is extensive. It consists of lyrical and dramatic, as well as humorous folk songs. After a solo concert in Yakutia, Margarita met in Moscow with Leonid Derbenev and asked him to write his song "Yakutyanochka". It took Derbenev a night to fulfill this request. Suvorova gave her husband the song “Let's never quarrel”. During this period in 1983, Margarita Suvorova received the title of Honored Artist of the RSFSR. After participating in the Brussels festival “Decade of Russian Art and Literature” in 1986, the artist was invited to work at the opera house. Life-loving, energetic, rare talent and charm, Margarita sang not only in the USSR. She also traveled abroad. With a solo program, she visited the Far East, Australia, New Zealand, Holland and other countries. Despite offers to work abroad, Margarita was always drawn to her homeland. She was cheerful, noisy. She loved to walk in Sokolniki, watching swans. Despite all her titles, she did not suffer from "star fever" and believed that an artist should never be satisfied with what has already been achieved, it is necessary to constantly progress and develop in his industry. She sang, wrote, created for her people.

The courage of Margarita Suvorova

In 1994, the artist underwent an operation on the heart muscle, which resulted in a heart attack. It was necessary to carry out one more operation by professional cardiac surgeons. The government of Udmurtia, artists and fans of her work came to the aid of Suvorova. Having collected the money, the singer was sent to Belgium for an operation. After that there was a long rehabilitation. During this time, a lot has changed in the country, show business has supplanted art, values have changed. Many artists and singers are no longer needed. A new generation has come with its own preferences. Margarita Nikolaevna began a difficult period. And during this period she began to compose songs. The singer's personal life did not interfere with her communication with friends. One of her friends helped her record her works. During this period she composed music to Ivan Nikitin's poem "Rus". “Rus” won prizes in Europe at festivals and competitions. About Suvorova in 1997 the picture "Plots for the future film" was shot. The artist died in the summer of 2014-16-07. Until the last day she was engaged in creativity, wrote music, sang at charity concerts. The singer, poetess, composer was buried next to her husband Mikhail Zimin at the Preobrazhensky cemetery in Moscow.
