A change in consciousness, an expansion of its facets with a conclusion to a completely new, higher level of perception, is the basis of the religion of a country like India. Even a special direction of self-knowledge, yoga, which originated in this mysterious country, is based on theses related to the knowledge of the unknown through special forms of meditation.
Instructions
Step 1
Today, concepts such as chakras, karma, nirvana are perhaps known to every educated person, but not everyone knows that this terminology is directly related to the opening of one's own consciousness through long and persistent exercises, which inevitably lead to some kind of enlightenment.
Step 2
Enlightenment according to ancient Indian concepts can be achieved only through samadhi, which is expressed in the confidence and tranquility of the human spirit, which does not reveal a single contradiction between the inner world of a person and his outer shell, living in the real world. Samadhi is achieved through concentration of consciousness, loss of connection with the body, which should bring the subject closer to nirvana or absolute bliss.
Step 3
The very consciousness of a person, according to Indian philosophy, is divided into four levels, among them the usual state of wakefulness, restful sleep, sleep with dreams and an altered state of human consciousness. From the very beginning of the creation of time, priests and magicians tried to find out the secret of achieving such a state, meditation was always considered the main means, with the help of which a person learned to go through all life cycles inherent in him, from birth to repose.
Step 4
Altered consciousness in Hinduism is associated with the special ability of a person to abstract from everything external, to see a dream in reality so that it turns from an illusion into reality and is not destroyed by the brain through the realization of the unreality of the events taking place. It is believed that if in at least one such dream a person managed to completely abstract himself from worldly vanities, he will be able to do such things over and over again.
Step 5
Theoretically, the achievement of a state of altered consciousness can allow a person to look at the world around him with completely different eyes, find some kind of harmony with himself, suppress the emotions that destroy you, move to a completely new level of perception of his past, present and future, stop the constantly ongoing internal dialogue and doubts present in everyone.
Step 6
An altered state is a certain form of the fourth dimension, the ability to receive desired visions, manipulate your own brain, discover all sorts of ways of evolution of your everyday consciousness.
