Young musicians are actively occupying leading lines in the charts of music stations and the hearts of fans. One of these talents is the singer Ivan Dorn, the former lead singer of the "Para Normal" group. His work is distinguished by individuality, originality and dissimilarity to anyone else.
The young man was born in Chelyabinsk, November 17, 1988. Two years later, the family moved to Slavutich because of his father's work in Chernobyl. Ivan Dorn has been named after his mother since the second grade.
At school, Ivan Dorn studied well: even then he had a beautiful voice and he sang to teachers for grades. At the age of six, he became a participant in the "Golden Autumn of Slavutich", where he took the stage for the first time. His further achievements were the first place in the competition "Light your star" (Moscow), the audience award at the festival "Pearl of the Crimea", participation in the competition "Jurmala - 2008".
Ivan Dorn graduated from the cinematography department of the Kiev National University of Theater, Cinema, Television named after I. Karpenko-Kary. Training, according to the artist himself, was hard for him. The master of the course, Vladimir Oseledchik, was a strict but fair mentor for future filmmakers.
During training, the future singer successfully passes the casting of TV presenters on the Ukrainian channel M1. In addition to television, Ivan Dorn actively attended various musical events. In 2007, he met Anna Dobrydneva at a concert by the British band Jamiroquai. With a young girl, they created the duet "Pair of Normal".
They released their debut album on October 4, 2008 under the title "I Will Think of a Happy End". Musical compositions actively supported the image of young people who love life and are optimistic about the future. In 2010, the artist leaves the group and decides that it is time for the world to find out who Ivan Dorn is.
The singer begins a solo career. His songs "Northern Lights", "Curlers", "Especially", "Blue, yellow, red" are becoming very popular among young people. On May 26, 2012, the presentation of Ivan Dorn's first album “Co`N`Dorn” was held in Moscow. The young singer was nominated in three categories at the Steppenwolf Music Award: Design, Video and Debut. All performances by Ivan Dorn are accompanied by professional musicians and live sound, which, according to critics, distinguishes him favorably from other artists.
