The biography of the future celebrity began in 1982. The child was born in the city of Belaya Kalitva on July 22 in a sports family. My father became famous as a high jumper, my mother played basketball. Together with their daughter, a month after her birth, the Chicherovs moved to Yerevan. The girl's results until 2003 improved by only 3 centimeters. The athlete did not see any prospects for herself. She decided to leave the sport, but Yevgeny Zagorulko, a former well-known coach, prevented such an outcome at the end of the year. In his group, the girl received a detailed training plan. New achievements
Anna got down to a busy schedule. It also included exercises with a barbell. The results were amazing. Chicherova improved her previous achievement by 12 cm by 2003. In Birmingham, she finished third in the world championship. Training had to be cut back in 2004 for health reasons. Only swimming and strength training were allowed. The victory in 2011 at the world championship helped to miss the qualifying round. The high jumper considered her chance to be the last opportunity to become an Olympic champion. Only after resting, Anna was able to start training again. After the triumph in Tokyo 2013, Chicherova was called the best in the world. In Beijing, her achievement was the 2, 02 cm bar. In the Moscow stage of the championship. She came in third.
