The second spouse was Tarkovsky's classmate and devoted friend Nikolai Burlyaev. The happy marriage lasted 17 years, in which daughter Maria and son Ivan were born. Children are successful and in demand: the daughter is an actress of the Mayakovsky Theater in Moscow, the son is an actor and composer, who constantly collaborates on the set with his mother, where she acts as a director. The third husband of Natalia was the actor Dmitry Dnestryansky. Bondarchuk and Burlyaev still maintain warm relations. Currently, Natalia is the head of the Sergei Bondarchuk International School, where young actors learn the skills and fundamentals of film education.

Natalia is a happy grandmother, she has two grandchildren. After Sergei Bondarchuk left the family, Natalia did not communicate with her father for five years, considering his act a betrayal. Natalia Bondarchuk has two half-brothers and a sister: from the first marriage of Sergei Bondarchuk-Aleksey, from the third-Fedor and Alena.
