Step 1
There must be compelling reasons for voting at home, such as disability, serious illness, the weakness of the elderly, or the inability to leave a sick relative alone. If the commission considers the reason why you cannot come to the polls to be disrespectful, it has the right to deny you this.
Step 2
Apply for an outdoor vote in a written statement or oral appeal to your polling station. It is better to do this in advance, but it can also be done on election day, until 14.00. To do this, call your polling station, the number of which is published in advance in the local newspaper, or ask your friends to do this on your behalf. If you do not know under what number your site passes, look into the mailbox, where all the information about this is omitted in advance. Or ask his neighbors.
Step 3
On the basis of your application, members of the election commission and an observer will come to your home on election day. If the application was submitted orally, you will be asked to write an application for the opportunity to vote at home. It is necessary to indicate your last name, first name, patronymic, passport number and address of residence. If he is not able to fill out an application selectively, at his request someone else can do this, indicating his data as well.
Step 4
Receive your ballot paper and sign it. Then vote and give the completed ballot to the members of the electoral commission.
Step 5
If you applied to vote outside the premises, but then were able to come to the polling station, you will be able to vote there only if the members of the precinct election commission have not yet left your home with your ballot paper. Otherwise, you will have to wait for them at the polling station to leave your vote.
