Only over the years, many people begin to understand the proverb about what man proposes and God disposes. In childhood and adolescence, children dream of exploits and glory. There is nothing reprehensible in such aspirations. Sadness pours in at the moment when the real situation destroys the invented projects. It is even more terrible when a person begins to break psychologically and morally. They force you to abandon the memory of the past. From parental orders. Dmitry Anatolyevich Belik did not dream of becoming a deputy of the State Duma. However, the circumstances developed in such a way when there was no other way out.

Childhood and youth

When a huge country falls apart, it is very difficult for an ordinary person to avoid mental trauma and material damage. Today, the dashing 90s have already been forgotten, when wages were not paid for working months, when prices rose by leaps and bounds. Ordinary citizens, eternal workers did not at all understand the essence of what was happening in the country. It was hard for both the elderly and the young. At that time, Dmitry Anatolyevich Belik, along with his family, settled in the Crimea. No one could have imagined that in the near future they would find themselves abroad, leave their homeland, without moving anywhere.

Dmitry Belik's biography says that he was born on October 17, 1969. At that time, the parents lived in Yakutia. His father, a professional miner, worked in a gold mine. After the expiration of the contract, the family moved to Kuzbass. Here Dmitry spent his childhood. In 1987, after graduating from school, the young man entered the Kuznetsk State University with a degree in Industrial Economics. Circumstances developed so that student Belik had to interrupt his studies and go to military service. From the military registration and enlistment office he was sent to a neighboring aviation training unit. Upon completion of the service, he received a pilot's license with the right to fly a Mi-2 helicopter.

After demobilization, in 1991, he returned to the house of his parents, who had moved to Crimea. By this time, crisis phenomena were already observed at local resorts. Industrial enterprises cut production and laid off workers. In order to somehow make ends meet, Dmitry and his partners established their own company, which began to trade in photo and video equipment, to attract vacationers to local sanatoriums and dispensaries. The business was developing well, but the environment required new approaches. In 2006 Dmitry graduated from the Moscow Humanitarian Academy.

During these years, Dmitry Belik began to take an active interest in political problems. One of the first to take the initiative to create a public organization "Russian Movement of Sevastopol". It should be recalled that at that time the Republic of Crimea was part of the territory of Ukraine. Slowly but surely, the supreme authorities pursued a policy of "Ukrainianization" of the republic. Everything and nothing, however, the methods and pace of this process did not suit the local residents at all. In 2002 Belik was elected a deputy of the Sevastopol city council. He has a real opportunity to influence the quality of life of the townspeople.

The practice of the previous decade has shown that in a market economy it is very difficult to raise the standard of living of workers. The privatization carried out provided a decent standard of living for those who took possession of production and infrastructure assets. By making the minimum contribution, they received the maximum possible income for themselves. Private sanatoriums and holiday homes needed real investment to attract wealthy clients from European countries. Deputy Belik with a degree in economics understood the meaning of what was happening, but he could not really help everyone in need.

Although the deputy had the conditions for real creativity. In 2007, Belik proposed to open an Orthodox educational school in Sevastopol. Open without attracting government resources. The project received approval and support from the Organization of Russian Compatriots. I must say that in the period that preceded 2014, the political situation in Crimea, as well as throughout Ukraine, remained extremely unstable. Even within the ranks of the ruling Party of Regions, civil strife did not stop for a minute. The main reason is cited by outside observers - the elite's lack of state thinking skills and the priority of personal interests.

Each party member first of all thought about his own career, and then about Ukraine as a state. In search of the optimal vector of development, the elite chose the direction "towards Europe." As a result of the measures taken, a split occurred. The territorial integrity of the state was violated. In the spring of 2014, a famous referendum was held in Crimea, and the population, by a majority vote, expressed a desire to integrate with Russia. Local council deputy Dmitry Belik was one of the active organizers and participants of these events.

Member of "United Russia"

In the process of forming a new power structure in Crimea, Dmitry Belik's experience came in very handy. For three months he performed the most difficult duties of the first person in the administration of the city of Sevastopol. The main task was to strictly comply with the norms of the current legislation in all procedures. The sophisticated administrator Belik did not make a single serious mistake. When the elections took place, he simply resigned and continued to engage in public work.

The next very important stage in the political activity of Dmitry Belik was the elections to the State Duma. For almost two years he served as leader of the United Russia party in the regional branch of Sevastopol. The election campaign, so to speak, was held normally. Dmitry Anatolyevich Belik went to work in the State Duma. He was invited to the committee on taxes and budget.

If we talk about the personal life of a deputy, then it is simple and transparent. He is married only once. The husband and wife raised three children. Grandchildren have already appeared. But that is another topic.
