Today there are many versions of why tourists died in the Northern Urals in 1959. The exact cause of the tragedy is unknown, so it remains only to study the opinions of experts and choose the most plausible among them.
Currently, 8 main versions of the reasons for the death of the Dyatlov tourist group have been put forward. Each of them deserves attention.
Avalanche
According to this version, it is assumed that the tent of tourists was in the place of an avalanche. After she found herself under a load of snow, many of the participants were seriously injured. Trying to evacuate to the surface, the young people cut the wall of the tent with a knife. Since they had nothing to keep warm in the future, from hypothermia, the participants of the tourist trip began to behave inadequately.
Sound
There is a version that the sound impact of a technogenic or natural character led to the death of young people and girls.
Escaped prisoners attack
True, it is rejected by many scientists due to the fact that money or warm clothes were not stolen from tourists. In addition, no foreign traces were found around the tent. And in the winter of 1959, in the area of the tragedy, the escapes of prisoners were not revealed.
Death at the hands of local residents
After interviewing local residents, investigators managed to find out that the place where the tourists were located was completely unsuitable for hunting, so the Mansi had no reason to go there. In addition, the locals were very friendly towards any guests and even offered them an overnight stay.
Quarrel between the participants
This version also takes place. But the numerous photographs that were taken earlier on the way make them doubt it - tourists have fun, hug and, in general, are very positive about them.
Zolotaryov's Belt
A cloth belt was found at the site of the tragedy, which was completely devastated. There is a version that the killers specifically pursued the group in order to take possession of the contents of this accessory. All other participants, according to her adherents, were destroyed as witnesses.
Experimental Weapon Strike
This is evidenced by the increased radioactivity of the clothes of some members of the group, the fragments of missiles found nearby, as well as a strange mysterious railway line that runs right into the mountain.
There is also a version that tourists witnessed some secret military tests. Further, the military instigated natural death. This version easily explains the brick color of the skin of the corpses, the torn out tongue of one of the participants, as well as the absence of blood. Perhaps they were moved frozen (in the process, the tongue broke off), and then washed in the river.
Spy attack
There is a version that some of the participants in the campaign were secret KGB officers and had to transfer samples of radioactive material to a group of foreign spies. But they, in turn, revealed the real activities of young people and decided to destroy them. It is assumed that under the threat of firearms, the tourists were forced to undress and leave the tent, and then, when they managed to organize themselves and not die in the cold, they were finished off with improvised means. Perhaps the young people were also tortured in order to obtain information.
Which of these versions is the most plausible, each reader can decide for himself, having studied all the known facts.
