Biography
Tatyana Gordienko was born in 1964 in the city of Ostashkov, Tver region. Her childhood was usually spent, like all Soviet children. Little Tanya differed only in that a dressmaker sewed all her outfits when her classmates wore almost identical dresses. And when the girl grew up, she began to tell the dressmaker what style of dress she wants to sew next time. That is, already at that time she had her own idea of her own style.
In those years in the USSR, the profession of a designer was not yet widespread, and Tatiana decided to get an education as a builder at the Leningrad Civil Engineering Institute. These were the eighties - a time of total scarcity. Including there were no fashionable clothes, and the girls really wanted to look good. And then Gordienko learned to knit, and so skillfully that soon her friends began to order things for her.
Therefore, already at the institute, she began to professionally produce knitwear. There was no end of clients, as she recalls in an interview.
After university, Tatiana plunged into business and forgot about her hobby. She worked in a construction and finishing company, in a management company, in other similar offices.
Designer career
However, the creative streak made itself felt, and one day Tatiana realized that she wanted to design clothes. It all started small - the first models made according to Tatyana's sketches. Then she opened a showroom, and then it was renamed into "Tatiana Gordienko's Design Studio of Beauty and Fashion." Until now, those who want to look fashionable and stylish can get a full range of services there.
In addition, Tatyana has another brainchild - Red Club. This is a dance club where little-known bands performed at first, and then famous rock bands took a fancy to this place. Tatyana had to work in this club as a bartender and an administrator, and organize everything there. Today it is mainly a dance club. We can say that it was in this club that the Billy’s Band "grew up".
Another musical project is the Waiting Room in the Varshavsky Express shopping center.
Personal life
While still a student, Tatyana married a classmate Boris Gordienko. Soon they had a son, who was also named Boris. Domestic troubles broke the young family, so the couple separated.
Now Tatiana Gordienko together with designer and business partner Igor Gulyaev. They met in his fur salon when Tatyana came to choose an unusual product for herself from Igor's collection. At first they were just friends, and then they realized that friendship had grown into something more, and now they are together. They work together, go on vacation out of town and travel.
