Lyubov Kirillovna Vorona is one of the outstanding personalities of Ukraine. Over the long years of her life, this woman has achieved what many generations could not before her. Having dedicated her life to agriculture and the party, she has been awarded a huge number of awards and medals. Vorona Lyubov Kirilovna was born in the Magdalinovsky district of the Dnepropetrovsk region in April 1931. Being a native of Ukraine, she has been awarded the Orders of the Red Banner and the Hero of Socialist Labor on more than one occasion. An intelligent and educated woman raised the collective farm of her native village to its feet and brought it to the first place in terms of sales.
Biography and career
Future party leader, she was born in a simple poor family. Lyubov graduated from the 7th grade of elementary school in the village of Olenovka. Then she entered the Dnepropetrovsk flight school, which she never finished. Dreams of the sky became impossible for her. In 1947, in parallel with the main training, Vorona Lyubov entered the Babaukovsky Zootechnical College. After graduating with honors, she was sent to the direction of the Kherson region. There she worked as a senior livestock specialist in agriculture. A year later, Lyubov Kirillovna fell ill with typhus and moved back to her native village.
After the retreat of her illness, she joined the Communist Party of the Soviet Union.
In her native village, she got a job at the Chkalov collective farm, where she worked as the chief animal technician. Since 1958, Lyubov Vorona took the post of foreman of the complex livestock team. An intelligent and hard-working woman managed to combine several professions. In addition to the zootechnician, she worked as a secretary of the party committee and deputy chairman of the collective farm "For Peace".
The woman's career went uphill and in 1966 she headed the Revision Commission of the Communist Party of Ukraine. In the same year, she was awarded the title of Hero of Socialist Labor for the successes achieved in livestock production and increased sales of meat products.
1973 became quite fruitful for Lyubov Kirillovna. She successfully graduated from the Higher Party School of the CPSU and headed the Gigant collective farm in the Dnepropetrovsk region.
For many years of her work, the woman managed to bring her village to the first place among the gasified rural areas. She supervised the construction of socially significant projects in the village of Magdalinovka and, on her own initiative, opened the first local history museum in the region. During the period when she took up a leadership position, a large number of multi-storey residential buildings, new buildings of a sanitary and epidemiological station, a police post and a central regional hospital were built. In addition, a new school and the regional administration of "Selkhoztekhniki" were erected.
Since 1990, she was repeatedly elected to the post of deputy of the Dnepropetrovsk regional council and was a delegate to several congresses of the CPSU. In the same year, Lyubov became the head of the animal breeding complex "For Peace", and in 1996 - the fattening complex of LLC "Agro-Oven". Since 2001, she moved to the position of Deputy General Director for Human Resources in the same organization.
After retirement, Lyubov Kirillovna lives in the village of Magdalinovka, in which she has invested so much energy and love.
Awards and achievements
During her long life, Lyubov Kirillovna Vorona was awarded many awards. Among the most significant are the following:
- Hero of Socialist Labor - the award was issued by the decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR in 1966;
- was twice awarded the Order of Lenin and the Order of the Red Banner of Labor;
- in 2001 she was awarded the Order of Princess Olga of the third degree;
- Order of the October Revolution;
- Order of Friendship of Peoples;
- she was twice awarded the medal "For Labor Valor";
- was awarded the honor of becoming an "Honorary Citizen of the Magdalinovsky District";
- gold medal "Hammer and Sickle".
Characteristics of the Hero of Socialist Labor as a person
Those who knew Lyubov Raven personally claimed that she had an insightful and strong-willed character. She never passed by the difficulties and always helped those in need. Her main motto was help and sympathy for those in need. The nobility and assertiveness that this woman possessed impressed many party leaders.
Many noted that the only negative trait of her character was excessive gentleness and carelessness. As a result, she is characterized as a person prone to fears and apprehensions, constantly leading the life of a loner.
Material values have never represented anything for a woman. She was ready to sacrifice all her savings for the sake of the interests of the suffering.
Personal life
The personal life of a famous woman is not known for certain. However, reliable sources claim that in 1955 she met her peer Alexander, who came from the village of Priyut. For a long time they lived in a civil marriage and never legalized their relationship. They had no children. In addition, there is no more data about the family and personal life of Love Crow.
She believed that she had achieved everything she wanted in life. Work and love for her compatriots have always been of top priority for her. She fully justified her confidence in herself.
