The upbringing of the younger generation should be dealt with not only in the family. It just isn't enough. The state and society cannot distance themselves from the educational process. This is the opinion of Viktor Mishin, formerly the first secretary of the Central Committee of the Komsomol.
Childhood and youth
Each person forges his own happiness as best he can. Sometimes the skill is not enough and the blacksmith needs help. Until recently, young people were supported and directed by the Communist Youth Union. Today there is no such organization, and Viktor Maksimovich Mishin sincerely regrets this. He himself worked in the Komsomol for many years.
The future Komsomol leader was born on May 14, 1943 in a working class family. My father returned after the Victory and got a job at the plant. The mother did not have a specialty and was engaged in housekeeping.
Mishin's biography can be called standard for a generation of post-war children. The child grew up in a difficult but friendly environment. From an early age he was prepared for an independent life. They did not shout at the boy, did not threaten him with a belt, but in a working order they taught him to work in the garden and to do housework in the house. Victor watched with his own eyes how neighbors and peers live, what problems they face, what they dream about. I studied well at school. I easily found a common language with classmates. After seven classes, he entered an industrial technical school.
Work days
In 1960, after completing his studies at the technical school, the young specialist came to work in one of the construction trusts. It was during that period that a large-scale construction of multi-storey panel houses was unfolding. The now infamous "Khrushchevs" grew like mushrooms in Moscow. It should be noted that the majority of people were happy with the new, comfortable housing. Mishin was in charge of a section at the factory of reinforced concrete products. He skillfully used the experience of senior comrades and achieved high production indicators.
The Komsomol youth team took first places in the city socialist competition. In 1967, Victor graduated from the Civil Engineering Institute in absentia and received a diploma of higher education. The initiative and creativity of the foreman was noticed by comrades from the party organs and Mishin was nominated for Komsomol work. The first step in his political career was the position of the second secretary of the Moskvoretsky district committee of the Komsomol. In the future, Viktor Maksimovich always held high the brand of a professional leader and organizer.
The role of the Komsomol in the upbringing of the younger generation is less and less debated today. Unemployment, drug addiction and prostitution are flourishing among the youth today. As the first secretary of the Central Committee of the Komsomol, Viktor Mishin could not imagine that such a situation would develop in his native country. Today he continues to engage in social activities - he writes books and meets with readers.
About personal life
Mishin's family life turned out well. He met his love as a student. The husband and wife have lived a long and beautiful life under one roof. Raised and raised a son. Today they are studying with a great desire with their grandson.
