The future politician was born on September 9, 1969 in an ordinary Soviet family. Parents at that time lived in the famous city of Lviv. Ruslan grew up as a physically developed, obedient and neat child. I studied well at school. He was actively involved in athletics and football. After the fourth grade, he was transferred to a boarding school with a sports bias. In high school, Koshulinsky was elected a member of the school committee of the Komsomol. After school, he wanted to go to the Institute of Physical Education, but "cut off" on the exam.

Path to politics

The failed student was drafted into the army. To serve Koshulinsky fell in the group of Soviet troops in Germany. In 1989, after demobilizing from the ranks of the armed forces, he received a specialized education at the Lviv cooperative technical school. In the early 90s Ruslan tried to go into business. He opened a cafe in a resort town. I went bankrupt and somehow paid off my debts. The furniture workshop also did not bring the desired income. Koshulinsky was invited to be a cook in the miners' artel, and he worked for three years in the Krasnoyarsk Territory. I returned home with money.

In 1996 Ruslan Vladimirovich became a member of the Svoboda party. In the ranks of this political organization, citizens united, preaching nationalist ideas. In the political arena, the experience of Komsomol work was useful to Koshulinsky. After a short period of time, he was elected to the governing bodies of Svoboda. In 2010, an active party member was elected a deputy of the Lviv city council. Two years later, Koshulinsky became a deputy of the Verkhovna Rada. For two years he served as Deputy Speaker of the Parliament. Under his leadership, the Rada made a decision to remove President Yanukovych from power in 2014.

Ruslan Koshulinsky's political career developed quite successfully. He has held elective positions in central and regional legislatures. In 2019 he took part in the presidential elections.
