Starting conditions
Much has been said and written about the fact that civil society is just being formed in modern Russia. In the current chronological period, some legislative acts have already begun to operate, which are copied from the laws of the European Union and the United States. Lyudmila Nikolaevna Vinogradova believes that nothing terrible is happening. However, every rule of law adopted by the State Duma must undergo a qualified examination. The future member of the social movement was born on March 26, 1958 in an ordinary Soviet family. Parents lived in the famous city of Kamensk-Uralsky. My father worked as a local policeman. Mother taught mathematics at the Polytechnic College. The girl studied well at school. She went in for sports. She actively participated in social events. In the tenth grade, Lyudmila firmly decided to become a lawyer and get a specialized education at the Sverdlovsk Law Institute. In 1975, after graduating from high school, she began her career as a clerk at the local court.
Protection of the rights of a citizen
After working for a year as a clerk, and then as a secretary of a district court, Vinogradova entered a law institute. After receiving her diploma in 1980, she returned to the department of internal affairs of Kamensk-Uralsk, to the position of an investigator. The service career of Lyudmila Nikolaevna was developing successfully. The crime detection rate was high. For several years she headed the district investigation department. In 1987, Vinogradova was elected people's judge of the Krasnogorsk region. And in this field, she demonstrated a high level of professionalism.
In 2009, Lyudmila Vinogradova retired. However, she did not "sit out" in retirement. Two years later, an experienced lawyer was invited as an expert to cooperate with the All-Russian Public Movement "The Essence of Time". In the spring of 2014, Vinogradova was elected to the Public Chamber of the Sverdlovsk Region. She was elected the head of the working group for the preservation of the institution of the family and traditional values. The Russian family is undergoing a destructive influence from the juvenile justice authorities and this process must be strictly regulated, says Vinogradova.
Recognition and privacy
In 2017, Lyudmila Nikolaevna was elected a member of the All-Russian public organization for the protection of the family "Parent All-Russian Resistance". At the same time, she is a member of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation.
The personal life of Lyudmila Vinogradova was successful. She is legally married. The husband and wife raised and raised two sons.
