In a week, a passport with a new registration stamp will be ready. You can change your place of residence an unlimited number of times. This is permitted by law.

For registration in a municipal apartment, the written consent of the responsible tenant is not enough. You need permission from all other residents, including absent ones.

If the person who wishes to register on the municipal housing is not the spouse, child or parent of the residents already registered there, the landlord's consent must be obtained. It can be a state or local government body that is in charge of the apartment. This permit is issued only if the number of square meters allows one more tenant to be accommodated in the apartment.
