Biography
In the small Californian town of Linwood, in a family of ordinary employees, the third child was born, who was named Kevin. It happened in 1955 on January 18. Since childhood, Kevin was a very mobile and active child, he enjoyed traveling with his family to nature, adored fishing with his brothers and father. The child disappeared for hours in the yard, chasing a ball. But communication with peers was bad, because of regular moving, he had to change the school, the boy had a hard time making contact with new classmates. To correct this at least a little, my mother took the boy to the choir, she believed that this would help him when communicating with peers.
In adolescence, the future actor discovered a new sport - baseball and began to actively master it. He literally fell ill with the game and even made some progress, won school and other small competitions. At some point, he even decided that in the future he would become a professional athlete.
But after entering the university, the picture changed dramatically: Kevin enrolled in a theater group for a change and soon abandoned sports, completely switching to acting. The future actor graduated from university and went to work as a financier, although he himself wanted to try his hand at cinema. He was afraid to upset his father, who was very glad that his son was able to graduate and find a good job.
A chance meeting helped Kevin Costner to make the final decision and go to conquer Hollywood. The future actor met the then famous Richard Burton and asked him for a couple of tips. After which he quit his job as a financier and was determined to become an actor.
Career
