On the air of the program “What? Where? When”in 2002 the trio of the Safronov brothers demonstrated a magic show for the first time. Domestic young illusionists did not go unnoticed. Very soon, three magicians performed their program in different countries. On television, one of this team, Andrei Safronov, gained popularity.
The young man became famous not only as a talented illusionist. He put on tricks for performances, took part in the already famous program "The Battle of Psychics" as a presenter.
The beginning of success
The biography of Andrei Vladimirovich began in 1982. He was born with his twin brother Sergei on September 30. In the family of Moscow engineers, their parents, the elder brother Ilya already grew up. My mother, who dreamed of becoming an actress in her youth, decided that the children would fulfill her hopes. She sent her sons to various circles. As a result, the Safronovs fell in love with acting.
For the first time, Andrei was on the set with his brothers. The Safronovs took part in the voice acting of the Yeralash episodes. The guys got to know all the actors very quickly. I remember the duet of twins and the director of the newsreel Grachevsky. During their studies at school, children often took part in performances. Andrei was not against the initiative to involve him in theatrical art.
Often the boy's preferences changed. At the age of 14, the teenager decided to try his hand at the popular program "My own director." He approached the matter very responsibly, making a short film. As a result, Andrey became the winner and owner of the car. After leaving school, the graduate decided to receive education at the circus art school. Andrey started working in the advertising business at the age of 18. The Safronovs never parted here either.
After graduating from the school, Andrei began a seven-year career in the children's theater of Natalia Bondarchuk. The young man never gave up performances in front of the audience. The elder brother had a considerable influence on the fascination with illusionism. Ilya saw the show and decided to do tricks. Andrey and Sergey supported him by joining. Beginning artists began to practice with fire.
The first was the difficult fire breath trick. The guys did it without insurance, instructing themselves. Distributed who is responsible for what. However, it soon became clear that such a division did not simplify the process at all. Therefore, it was decided to do everything together. Now we have professional equipment and a team of stuntmen, engineers and pyrotechnics.
Illusionist career
Safronov, television opened many doors in 2002. Andrei was preparing a number with self-immolation. It was expected that a celebrity after participating in a popular show will come instantly. However, no calls with suggestions, no publicity followed.
The artists decided to focus on participation in concerts and festivals, preparing tricks for the musical "12 chairs". Then the team joined the International Club of Illusionists and Magicians. A year later, Andrey's team received an invitation from Swiss television. They were asked to demonstrate a teleportation trick through telephoto lenses. The real recognition came in 2003. Then the guys became participants in Ivan Usachev's show program "Eyewitness", its constant column.
Throughout the year, the brothers showed tricks on the streets to passers-by. After that, an invitation to the "School of Magic" program came. It told about easy tricks, the illusionists taught how to do them. Russian Radio asked the artists for help in 2005. The children were asked to prepare and perform magic tricks for the 10th anniversary Golden Gramophone Prize.
New tricks
In 2006, the performances of the illusionists were accompanied by concerts. So, in the capital's Palace of Youth, the guys unexpectedly appeared at the concert of Svetlana Surganova, dedicated to her new album "Ships". The Safronovs did not go without the first performance of Alexander Pushny as a rock singer, as well as Sergei Shnurov with the Leningrad group.
In 2007, a team of magicians was invited to host a new reality show on TNT together with Mikhail Porechenkov.
Thanks to the "Battle of Psychics" Andrey gained popularity. He got the role of a skeptic, exposing all the tricks and cheating of the participants. In early 2009, the Safronovs' new television project about illusion and magic was shown for the first time. In the 17-episode film "Wonder People", the abilities of magicians were demonstrated on the streets of various cities of the country.
Together with the Zapashny brothers, a performance was held at Luzhniki in 2011. The artists showed the show "Legend". Illusionists demonstrated their capabilities with the circus. In Ivan Okhlobystin's TV program "First Class", the magicians got a section in which the Safronovs have been revealing the secrets of some of their tricks since 2012. The audience saw the show "Miracles". 35 concerts took place in the capital over a decade. Then there was a tour.
In 2012, the brothers prepared a new author's 10-episode program, after which they started preparing a new TV season.
Confession
In 2013 the show "Teleport" was presented. As the best illusionists of Russia, the Safronovs took part in Evgeni Plushenko's program "The Snow King".
In 2015 Andrey released a new TV show "Empire of Illusions", created jointly for the "STS" channel together with "Nautilius Media". For the first time, brothers "fought" not together, but against each other. The artists also took part in the show of the First Channel "Park". The program showed the most famous tricks of Harry Houdini.
At the international festival "Wizard Trophy" in 2015, the Safronovs won the World Best big illusion 2015 nomination and received, in addition, the "For contribution to the genre of world illusion" award. The premiere of "Empire of Illusions" took place in the Crocus City Hall in September. The show shows already classic and completely new tricks. The production was performed by the best directors, artists, costume designers and choreographers of the country.
The 2015 season ended with the family fairy tale "Alice in Wonderland". 2016 and 2017 turned out to be completely busy touring. In 2017-2018, the premiere of the new fairy-tale show "The Investigation is Conducted by the Magician" The success has been tremendous.
As in creativity, Andrei took place in his personal life. His first romance began on one of the projects. However, the girl chose Sergei. Several months passed, and Andrey met his chosen one. The affair with Elena Bartkova turned out to be impetuous. On the show "Alice in Wonderland", the artist invited the girl to become his wife. The ceremony took place in the summer of 2018. The couple did not hide their dream of a joint child from journalists.
