Sergey was born in 1982, on September 30. Root Moskvich. There are three brothers in the family: the elder one is Ilya and the twin brother of Sergei is Andrey. Sergei's parents have nothing to do with the brothers' stage activities. An ordinary family, where mom and dad are engineers working in the military industry.
From early childhood, Sergei studied in various theater studios and went to a music school. Apparently, the mother's dream of becoming an actress was embodied in her children, whom she helped develop creative abilities and gave a good education in this direction. Sergei was taken to numerous auditions, recorded in all kinds of creative studios and circles.
Dad was a fan of sports, an amateur to play hockey, so he was actively involved in the physical development of boys, teaching them to work in a team and support each other in all endeavors. This upbringing was not in vain, the brothers still work together and there are practically no conflicts between them.
Even from school, Sergei Safronov began your creative biography, participating in theatrical performances. In the same period, he starred in the well-known and beloved film magazine "Fit", voiced a number of roles in the magazine "Yeralash".
By the age of 16, Sergey became interested in magic tricks and the illusion genre and very actively demonstrated his skills and abilities in front of his parents and brothers. As a result, the hobby became his occupation, which both brothers joined. This is how the Brothers Safronovs appeared in 2002.
According to the stories of Sergei himself at school, he was not an excellent student and even a good one. Therefore, it was decided that he and his twin brother go to enter the circus school, which they successfully graduated from. Later Safronov received a second education - acting.
Safronov's creative path and career
Due to his appearance, Sergei was noticed by the directors, and he was offered to play very specific and characteristic roles. Safronov served for several years at the Sovremennik Theater and at the Vernissage Theater. But the passion for tricks and illusion did not leave Sergei, therefore, together with his brothers, he began to work on staging his first magic shows.
The first performance, after which they started talking about Sergei and the brothers, was in 2002. Then they prepared a number for the program “What? Where? When?”, Where they successfully performed live. The number was called "Burning Alive." He made an indelible impression on the participants and spectators of the program.
Further career immediately went up and began to develop quickly enough. Sergei worked with many producers, participated in the creation of special effects for "Silver Galoshes" and the musical "12 Chairs". The brothers' performances were accompanied by numerous concert programs of show business stars. Their work became known outside Russia as well. An amazing teleportation trick was shown on television in Switzerland.
Since 2003, the brothers have worked on television channels, participating in the programs "You are an eyewitness", "School of Magic", "Wonder People". The work went not only on television, the brothers also demonstrated their abilities and tricks on the streets of the capital. Their talent was recognized by Uri Geller, in the program with whom they participated in 2005. The brothers challenged David Copperfield himself, repeating his trick with the disappearance of the Statue of Liberty. The Safronovs showed a show in Kiev, where in the afternoon, in front of a large audience, the monument "Motherland" was "dissolved".
For some time on Ukrainian television, Sergei Safronov, together with his brothers, hosted the show "Ukraine of Miracles", which was very popular among viewers. Also, the illusionists demonstrated the tricks performed at the time by Harry Houdini in the show "Park".
Sergey Safronov contributed to the creation of all the shows that the brothers show on television and on stage: "Miraclesarium", "School of Magic", "First Class", "Teleport", "Legend", "Alice in Wonderland" and many others …
In 2013, the already famous Sergei Safronov took part in the "Island" project, where the stars had to survive on uninhabited land. Sergey became the winner of the show, receiving the main prize.
Far from the last place in the life and work of Sergei Safronov is taking part in the show program "The Battle of Psychics", where for the first time Sergei and his brothers were invited by Mikhail Porechenkov. The Safronovs' role was to be as skeptical as possible about all the tests passed by psychics.
To this day, Sergei is the co-host of this program, the rating of which on Russian television has not fallen for 19 seasons.
Since 2011, Sergei has starred in several films ("Light in sight", "A short course in a happy life", "The route is built", "Stop! Filmed! To Baikal") and continues to develop a career in cinema.
Personal life and family
Safronov ran into his first wife in 2009. As Sergei himself says, his acquaintance with Maria was preceded by a prophetic dream, in which he saw in every detail his meeting with her. Therefore, he considers this acquaintance mystical. The future husband and wife worked together on a new program, where Maria was the producer, and their close acquaintance really took place literally the next day and exactly as Sergei saw him in a dream. The office romance soon turned into a relationship, and Sergei's personal life changed. For some time, young people lived in a civil marriage, and in 2011 they signed. The couple have children: Alina and Vladimir. However, in 2016, the marriage with Maria broke up. Maria soon after the divorce got married and left with her husband to London, but this does not prevent Sergey from visiting her and his children. They have a very warm and friendly relationship.
In 2017, almost immediately after the official divorce, Safronov begins to meet with Ekaterina Guseva, a producer and radio host. In 2018, Ekaterina and Sergey got married, and in September they had a daughter.
