Starting conditions
The future top manager of the music TV channel was born on August 13, 1970 in a large and friendly family. Parents at that time lived in the village of Tamar-Utkul, which is located in the Orenburg region on the border with Kazakhstan. Armand was the third and youngest child in the house. However, harsh traditions flourished in the hostel, which in everyday life is called hazing. Armand was a physically developed guy, and did not allow himself to be offended. He knew how bullies live and knew how to prevent conflicts by calm conversation.
After graduating from college with honors, Arman entered the construction institute. However, he failed to complete his education - the student was drafted into the ranks of the armed forces. Having served as it should, an excellent student of military and political training returned to Moscow and became a student of the law university.
