When organizing a high-level event, there are a number of organizational challenges to consider. For example, when organizing a competition at the level of a company, city, region or at any other level, the participant has the right to receive full information about the event through the regulations on the competition. This document must be executed according to a number of the following rules.

Step 1
Start with a title page. From top to bottom, write the full name of the firm, community, etc., which is the organizer of the competition. Please enter the name of the person responsible for creating this policy below. After this point, leave space for the signature of the chief executive. The signature is placed after the authorities have fully familiarized themselves with the text. On this page also include sponsor logos, if any, and a short 4-5 sentence welcome speech.
Step 2
Indicate the table of contents for the subsections on the next page. If a lot of information will be indicated, this item is especially necessary, since it is very inconvenient to look through 20-30 sheets of text to find, say, the rules of the competition. In some cases, the table of contents is given at the end, as in books, but this is not always convenient.
Step 3
Describe the item "general information". Everything is simple here - describe you as an organizer, tell us about the goals of the competition, who will find it useful or interesting. It is also worth mentioning here the main dates of the events, the prize fund and nominations in which the winners will be determined.
Step 4
Think over the item "requirements for the contestants". To save yourself from awkward conversations in the future, consider who can become a participant and who cannot. Here you can also specify what works the contestant should have or what should be included in his portfolio.
Step 5
Think in advance who will be on the jury, and about these people, and write in the appropriate section.
Step 6
Be sure to include the "contacts" section in your position, it is quite possible that someone may have questions or want to contact you on an abstract matter. You must provide this opportunity by providing as complete contact information as possible.
