Paulina Andreeva is a Russian theater and film actress. In one of the films, she tried herself as a singer. The audience remembered Paulina for her bright roles in films, and the romance with the famous director Fyodor Bondarchuk only fueled interest in her person.
Childhood, adolescence
Paulina Andreeva was born on October 12, 1988 in St. Petersburg. The real name of the girl is Catherine, and Paulina is just a sonorous pseudonym. She grew up in a simple family, not connected with the world of theater and cinema. Her father is an entrepreneur and her mother is a landscape designer. Paulina has two younger brothers, one of whom also became an actor.
As a child, Andreeva already showed interest in theatrical art. It was not very interesting for her to watch the acting, but everything changed dramatically when she herself went on stage. Already in her school years, the girl thought about a theatrical career, but her parents were sharply against it. At their insistence, Paulina entered the St. Petersburg State University at the Faculty of Journalism.
During her studies, the future actress began to feel that this path was not hers. She was bored with writing articles, but her only joy was speaking in front of an audience, where they with expression read to each other what they had written. In her sophomore year at university, Paulina made a major decision in her life. Contrary to parental persuasion, she dropped out and entered the Moscow Art Theater Studio. Arriving in Moscow, Paulina submitted documents to several educational institutions at once and stood for hours in queues for interviews. Belief in luck helped her to cope with all difficulties.
Career
When Andreeva was a third-year student at the Moscow Art Theater School, she was offered to play in the theater of Oleg Tabakov in Kirill Serebrennikov's play "Okolonolya". This work helped the actress to reveal her talent. She speaks very warmly of her work with Serebrennikov. Paulina admitted that it was an invaluable experience for her.
Somewhat later, the actress was offered to work at the Moscow Art Theater. A. P. Chekhov. The audience liked the way Paulina played on stage. Some people specially came to see the young and talented actress. In addition to the fact that she has high professional qualities, Andreeva is endowed with a model appearance.
Paulina played in many performances of the Moscow Art Theater. A. P. Chekhov:
- "House" (2011);
- The Master and Margarita (2011);
- Crime and Punishment (2012);
- "Shining Path" (2017).
Despite her success in the theater, Paulina decided to try herself in the role of a cinematic actress to gain popularity. Her first job was a small role in the TV series Law & Order. Then there was a game in the film "Crazy Angel".
Paulina became truly famous after the release of the film "The Thaw". In it, she plays a supporting role, but the audience remembered Andreev thanks to the excellent vocal skills that she demonstrated while performing the song to the music of Konstantin Meladze. It is surprising that Paulina previously believed that she could not sing at all.
In 2013, the actress starred in the title role of the film "Locust". This picture turned out to be very frank. Paulina admits that she experienced severe discomfort during the filming and is unlikely to agree to once again participate in the creation of such a picture.
The last striking works of Paulina were her roles in films:
- Myths (2017);
- Sleepers (2017);
- Better Than People (2017);
- "Mistresses" (2018).
Personal life
Paulina Andreeva became famous not only for her bright roles in films, but also for high-profile novels with famous people. During her studies, she had a long-term relationship with Viktor Horinyak, who later became the star of the TV series "Kitchen". But Victor does not like to remember this and even tried to refute this information, since at that time he was already married, but was in a quarrel with his legal wife.
The second striking relationship of the actress was an affair with Vladimir Mashkov. This famous man beautifully looked after Paulina, covered the entrance to the theater with roses for her birthday. But the connection did not last long. After that, Andreeva had affairs with Danila Kozlovsky and Konstantin Khabensky. Director Fyodor Bondarchuk became the last on the list of the actress's favorite men. This novel turned out to be very loud and talked about.
For the first time Andreeva and Bondarchuk appeared together at the Kinotavr festival in 2016. Fedor admitted that the decision to show his relationship to society had become deliberate. Paulina's parents are quite conservative and he did not want to put them and his beloved woman in an uncomfortable position. With his joint exit, he decided to show that everything is serious with Andreeva, but he did not want to discuss his personal life in more detail.
After the news of Paulina and Fyodor's romance, many critics suspected the girl of having a vested interest. But in reality, the lovers did not collaborate as a director and an actress. Bondarchuk's film company is filming, but Paulina played in only two films shot by this company. The rest of the work in the cinema did not depend at all on the famous director. Fedor and Paulina collaborated as actors. They played together in the films "Myths" and "The Demon of the Revolution". In the film "The Demon of the Revolution" they portrayed lovers and admitted that it was very difficult, as they had to bring personal emotions and experiences to the public. In 2018, rumors of a wedding began to surface. Bondarchuk denied them, but said that in the future he does not exclude such a development of their relationship.
