Childhood, adolescence
Yuri Iosifovich was born on June 20, 1934. His hometown is Moscow. Yuri's father is Lithuanian by nationality, he was the commander of the Red Army. Then he held a leading position in the police, was an employee of the OBKHSS. In 1938 he was shot on charges of counter-revolutionary activities.
Yuri's mother is Ukrainian, she was a midwife, an employee of the sanitary and epidemiological station. Later she graduated from the institute, received a position in the Ministry of Health.
Yura created his first song at the age of 14, when he first fell in love. But the boy did not think about a career as an artist. He was fond of football, then he wanted to be a pilot. As a high school student, Vizbor attended the flying club, in 2 years he learned to fly a Yak.
But after school, Yura began to study at a pedagogical university. This choice was made thanks to a friend Krasnovsky Vladimir, who taught Vizbor to love literature and music. In the mid-50s, tourism, student amateur performances were developed, Yuri's first songs were born during the campaigns.
Creative activity
In the 1st year of the university, Yuri became the author of the songs "Guy from Kentucky", "Madagascar", which gained popularity among students. At that time, the Moscow Pedagogical Institute was called the center of a new genre - the author's song.
After graduation, Vizbor, according to distribution, went to work as a teacher at a school located in the Arkhangelsk region. After 2 months, he ended up in the army, where he wrote songs and poems. The themes of heroism appeared in his work. In that period, the composition "Blue Mountains" was written.
After the army, Vizbor was a freelance journalist at a Moscow radio studio. He continued to write songs. The hits were Okhotny Ryad, Blue Crossroads, Calm, Buddy. Yuri's creativity spread thanks to tape recordings.
In 1961 he co-wrote the film Above the Sky. For the picture, Yuri wrote 6 songs, including "Dombai Waltz". In the 60s, concerts began, at all performances he performed the hit "My dear".
Vizbor also participated in the creation of the audio magazine "Krugozor", where he worked until 1970, presenting to listeners compositions in a new genre - "song-reportage". In 1966, his collection of short stories appeared under the title "Zero Emotions".
Yuri Iosifovich composed many songs for films, was a screenwriter for the "Ekran" TO. In 1976 he became a member of the Union of Cinematographers of the USSR.
Vizbor also starred in films, the most famous was the role in the movie "17 Moments of Spring", where he played Bormann. Yuri Iosifovich died at the age of 50, the cause was liver cancer.
Personal life
The first wife of Yuri Iosifovich is Yakusheva Ada, a singer-songwriter of bard songs. They have a daughter, Julia. She became a journalist.
Then Vizbor married Yevgenia Uralova, an actress. They met on the set of the film "July Rain". A daughter, Anna, appeared in the marriage.
7 years later, Yuri Iosifovich met Lavrushina Tatyana, an artist, but the marriage with her lasted six months.
The fourth wife was Nina Tikhonova, a journalist. Vizbor lived with her until the end of his life.
