Since October 14, 2009 in Ukraine there is a new procedure for dialing telephone numbers for international calls. It depends on the locality code if you call a landline phone, the operator code if you call a mobile phone, and the subscriber number.
It is necessary
- - telephone (landline, mobile or international payphone);
- - city or mobile operator code
- - subscriber number;
- - the required amount for payment.
Instructions
Step 1
If you call one of the cities in Russia on a landline phone, dial 0 first and wait for a continuous signal. Then press again 0 (this is the prefix for international calls in Ukraine), 7 (Russia code), area code and number of the subscriber you are calling.
For example, when calling to Yaroslavl, dial 0-0-7-4852 and the subscriber's number.
Step 2
To correctly dial the area code and subscriber number, make sure there have been no changes in the dialing format that occur from time to time. For example, in March 2011, the procedure for dialing subscribers in the city of Zhukovsky, Moscow Region, was changed. and some settlements of the Kamchatka region. And for international phone calls to Moscow, two area codes can be used - either 495 or 499. What code is needed, find out from the subscriber you are calling.
Step 3
When calling from a Russian mobile phone, dial 0 first and wait for a continuous signal. Then press 0 again, the mobile operator code (the so-called DEF code) and the seven-digit subscriber number.
For example, if you call a user of Beeline services, dial the following sequence of numbers: 0-0-7-903 (or another code of this operator) and the seven-digit number of the subscriber.
Step 4
In addition, to call from Ukraine to Russia, you can use the services of call centers. To use this service, visit the nearest telephone office and contact the operator. Do not forget to clarify the tariffs for the call you are interested in, since they can be 1, 5-2 times higher than the cost of one minute when you dial it yourself from a landline phone.
Step 5
The cost of a self-dialing call usually depends on which number you are calling (landline or mobile), to which city, as well as the duration of the call and the tariff of the operator whose services you use. For example, as of August 2011, with self-dialing from the number of the operator "Ukrtelecom", 1 minute of a call to Moscow or St. Petersburg cost 0, 90 UAH for individuals, 2 UAH to other cities, and - 2, 50 UAH.
