Step 1

Carry out preparatory work on the eve of the general meeting, which is necessary for the correct preparation and execution of the minutes of the meeting: prepare the agenda, draw up and collect all the necessary documents, inform the participants of the general meeting of the date, time, location., Send all the participants the necessary materials, information issues considered at the general meeting, register the participants of the meeting. It should be noted that drawing up the minutes of the meeting is a responsible matter, its writing and execution must comply with the requirements of legislative acts of the Russian Federation, statutory documents of legal entities and GOST.

Step 2

Decide whether the minutes of the general meeting should be completed or short. All speeches of the meeting participants are recorded in the full minutes.
