Biography

The future footballer was born on February 18, 1972 in Leningrad. From childhood, Vova loved to play football, like his older brother. From the age of 5, the boy began to study at a sports school.

Kulik started playing as a striker. Vladimir perfectly showed his capabilities and at the age of twelve he managed to become the champion of Leningrad. At the age of eighteen, the boy was invited to play in "Kirovets", in this team Vladimir played for 2 years. In the 91st year, Vova moved to Zenit.

Career at Zenit

Playing for Zenit, the footballer received an invitation to play for the USSR national team. Vova played eight matches for the youth team and scored eight goals, an excellent result. Transfer to CSKA

Moving to CSKA, Vova immediately got into the main team, showing an excellent level of play. In the 1997/1998 season, Vova was able to send 10 goals to the opponent's goal, in 29 matches, he managed to become the club's top scorer. The next season, Vova scored 14 goals and helped the team to take 2nd place in the championship.

The 2000/2001 season for Kulik became a turning point in his career, Vladimir managed to score 10 goals in 27 matches, but at the end of the season he was injured. The next season was not a success for Kulik, he scored only one goal in 22 matches. CSKA decided not to renew the contract with the footballer, Vladimir tried to find a new club, but he failed.

Completion of professional sports and work as a coach

After Kulik finished playing for CSKA, the player took a big break in his career, a whole year. Kulik began the new season playing for Titan, he was able to score 16 goals in 35 meetings, the next year Vova ended his career.

Volodymyr could not part with football and in 2013 became the coach of the Legend women's club, which was located in Ukraine. Throughout his career, Kulik was able to score 184 goals, playing 481 matches.
