When sending your correspondence, you should be sure of the correct spelling of the mailing address. Everyone knows the sad fate of the letter with the inscription on the envelope "to the village, grandfather." An incorrectly spelled address on a letter will be a big puzzle for postal workers and will most likely be returned to the sender. According to Government Decree No. 1239, the envelope can only be filled in according to the established model. The approved rules of the Russian Federation comply with the international standard for the registration of a postal address.
