The situation is not pleasant: a loved one, be it a relative, friend or just an acquaintance, disappeared or ended up in the hospital, but for some reason you do not know which one. Calling hospitals is a long and thankless task, especially when it comes to such a huge city as Moscow. There is an exit.
It is necessary
- - home or mobile phone;
- - Notebook;
- - a pen or pencil.
Instructions
Step 1
Concentrate and remember all the information you know about the person and what happened to him. It is good if you know the date and time when the person was admitted to the hospital, but more often than not, this information is missing. In any case, in order to find a person in Moscow hospitals, you need to know his first and last name and at least the approximate date of hospitalization (today, yesterday, last week, etc.). It is also important to be aware of whether the wanted person went to the hospital himself or was taken away in an ambulance.
Step 2
Pick up the phone and call one of the following phones: +7 (499) 445-57-66 (if hospitalization occurred within 24 hours) or +7 (499) 445-01-02, 445-02-13 (over the past day) … This is an ambulance referral service and here they give certificates of hospitalization of patients, without asking who you are and who is the wanted person. If the hospitalization occurred earlier, here you will be prompted the number of the archive, where information about patients is stored longer.
Step 3
Call the Moscow Accident Registration Bureau: +7 (495) 688-22-52. Here you will be asked to answer who you are a person and leave a contact phone number. A person gets to the base of the accident registration office even if he is unconscious, according to the description of his clothes.
Step 4
If a person went to the hospital on his own and you know what kind of operation, this will greatly reduce the list of medical institutions where he can stay. Find out where such operations are and call the registries of the respective hospitals.
Step 5
When your search is completed, do not forget to ask the registry for the department and the number of the ward in which your relative or acquaintance is. Inquire about the time of the visit and if it is possible at all. Find out what food and items can be passed on to patients.
