What could be easier than sending a parcel by mail? I never asked myself such a question, since sending the parcel takes a minimum of time, I thought until the moment I had to do it myself. It turns out that even in this case, the instructions should be followed.
It is necessary
Passport, ballpoint pen, parcel box (available at the post office)
Instructions
Step 1
You have come to the post office, and here you need to purchase a box. Actually, in it your gifts will go to the addressee. Boxes of different sizes are sold at the post office, so choose the optimal size based on the calculation of your gifts. So you bought a box and you can safely carry it home if your items for departure are at home, but if not, you can safely start folding. Remember to pack the box well, leaving no space between items. they may lose their integrity during transportation. It is advisable to lay empty spaces between objects with unnecessary paper or newspapers. If you ask the operator of the postal service, then they have paper in stock so that the parcels arrive intact.
Dashing trouble is the beginning - the box for the parcel (which you bought) closes in a cunning way, and you need to have the knack to quickly close the parcel. It is best to ask a knowledgeable person to do this if you are still in the mail. The same operator will help you.
Step 2
Your next steps are to fill out two (optional) receipts. You will need to enter your passport details, the destination address of the parcel and the sender's address in them - in case of an unfortunate coincidence of circumstances. Also in this receipt you estimate the cost of the parcel. Advice to those who are not very worried about the contents of the parcel: the less the cost of the parcel is indicated, the less you will pay.
Next, you duplicate the data from the receipt for the parcel and give it to the operator of the postal service along with the passport and receipts. The operator weighs the parcel and calculates the amount that must be paid for the shipment. After paying the cost of the parcel, the operator glues it with special tape and gives one receipt to you (do not confuse it with the inventory).
