Find out why your village administration cannot provide good street lighting. Most likely, the answer will be traditional - no money. If the administration cites the high cost of such lamps, explain that if you add up the cost of an LED light source with the cost of electricity consumed over 10 years and compare it with similar indicators of ordinary street lamps, then it is LED lamps that turn out to be the cheapest. For rural settlements, such lamps are simply beneficial, as they allow very large savings to be achieved.

You can and generally do without electricity costs if you purchase LED lights with a rechargeable battery and a solar panel. Of course, they cost much more, but after installing such a flashlight, you can forget about it for 10 years at all - during the day it will be charged, and automatically turn on when darkness falls.

If the village administration really does not have the opportunity to purchase new lights, try organizing a fundraiser among the residents of your community to buy LED lighting sources.
