Despite the widespread use of electronic communications in the modern world, it is often necessary to send a variety of letters using regular mail. This is especially true for valuable documents. Many institutions today prefer to receive applications and documents from citizens by mail, without personal presence. In order to ensure the complete safety and guaranteed delivery of important documents, the Russian Post has developed a special procedure for sending valuable letters with a list of attachments.
It is necessary
standard form of the inventory of attachments F.107, writing pen, postal envelope with stamps
Instructions
Step 1
The list of attachments allows the addressee to know exactly which documents and in what quantity were sent to him. Thus, the likelihood of loss or damage to any value along the way is eliminated.
Step 2
In order to send a valuable letter with a list of attachments, the sender must fill in two copies of a special postal form F-107. You can get the form directly at the post office and you need to fill it out there. It must be remembered that a valuable letter with an inventory of the attachment is sent open, that is, before it is handed over to the postal worker, it should not be sealed.
Step 3
In the form of the list of attachments, the postal address and the name of the addressee, as well as the name of the attached documents, their number and the amount of their assessment, if any, are indicated. If the value of the attached documents is not indicated, a dash is put in the "declared value" column. After completing the inventory, the sender puts his signature on each form and sends them along with an open letter to the postal worker.
Step 4
The postal employee, in turn, must collate the list of attachments in both forms, the recipient's addresses in the inventory and on the envelope, collate the attached documents with the submitted list. If the attachments correspond to the list of the inventory, he puts down an imprint of the calendar stamp on each form, signs them and puts one form in the letter.
Step 5
After sealing the valuable letter, a receipt for payment is issued and, together with a second copy of the inventory of the attachment, is issued to the sender. It should be remembered that the postal service charges a separate fee for checking the attachment inventories, in addition to the cost of sending a valuable letter. The cost for sending a valuable letter with a list of investments within Russia is very small, but it is still preferable to take an additional amount with you or call the post office in advance to find out the current tariffs for this service.
