Writing is one of the main ways of conveying information. For a long time, people have sought to convey information to their fellow tribesmen, friends and enemies. Back in the 1st millennium BC, historians mentioned that the Scythians and Sarmatians transmit oral messages with messengers. In the age of information technology, recording information on paper and transmitting it by mail does not lose its position. It is not uncommon for letters to send important and valuable documents for the sender and recipient. A valuable letter has several advantages over a regular one. After sending, you will have a check, as confirmation of sending the letter and an inventory, as confirmation of what documents you sent

Instructions
Step 1
Find any post office. Bring the documents to be sent to it.
Step 2
Select an envelope that matches the size of your documents. Minimum letter size: 110 x 220 millimeters or 114 x 162 millimeters, maximum size: 229 x 324 millimeters.
Step 3
Ask postal workers to weigh your letter. The weight of the shipment must not exceed 100 grams.
Step 4
Sign the envelope. It is necessary to indicate the exact addresses and surnames, names, patronymics of the sender and recipient. In the upper left corner of the envelope, indicate from whom the letter comes, then - your zip code and postal address. In the lower right corner of the envelope, indicate the name of the addressee or official, the address of the recipient, including his zip code.
Step 5
In the upper right corner, write on the envelope the amount at which you rate this letter. In case of loss or damage to the letter, you will be paid compensation. The amount of your payment for sending the letter depends on the declared value. For each full or incomplete ruble, the insurance premium will be 0.03 kopecks.
Step 6
Fill out the inventory. List in it all the documents that you send - name, date of writing or other characteristic features by which you can distinguish them. You also need to indicate the total value of these documents (it must match the one you indicated on the envelope) and put your signature at the bottom of the inventory. The inventory is filled in in duplicate.
Step 7
Give an unsealed letter with the inventory and documents to the postal worker. After the transfer, the postal worker puts a seal on both copies of the inventory, one copy is handed over to you, and the second is inserted into the letter and the envelope is sealed.
Step 8
Pay for mail forwarding. After payment, take a cashier's check, it must be saved until the letter is delivered to the addressee. From this moment on, a letter with a declared value will be considered accepted for forwarding.
