Writing is one of the main ways of conveying information. For a long time, people have sought to convey information to their fellow tribesmen, friends and enemies. Back in the 1st millennium BC, historians mentioned that the Scythians and Sarmatians transmit oral messages with messengers. In the age of information technology, recording information on paper and transmitting it by mail does not lose its position. It is not uncommon for letters to send important and valuable documents for the sender and recipient. A valuable letter has several advantages over a regular one.
