For many, writing a complaint becomes the last hope to call a company that provides low-quality goods and services to account. Its impact will be much stronger if it is written not on behalf of one person, but from a group of citizens who also suffered in this situation. Therefore, if you have a desire to restore justice, it is better to write a collective complaint.
Instructions
Step 1
You can write a collective complaint yourself, but it can then be signed by all those citizens who have also become victims of injustice, poor service or arbitrariness of the authorities. It is better to agree on its text in advance, bypassing or calling all those who will sign the complaint. Collect from them accurate information about surnames, first names and patronymics, registration addresses, passport data and contact numbers.
Step 2
Use a standard A4 sheet of paper to write your complaint. In the upper right corner, indicate the full name and address of the organization to which the complaint is being written, and list the names and addresses of those who will sign it.
Step 3
On the first line, in the middle, write the heading: "Collective Complaint", below it - the main text. Communicate in a formal, business-like manner. Describe the facts concretely and clearly, with dates, quantitative indicators. Try to state your claims logically and without emotion - in dry, concise language that does not reflect your personality. Describe what happened as if from the outside, as a witness. Write in the first person plural: "We, we."
Step 4
List the requirements that you put forward and list those violations that were committed. To create this part of the complaint, you will need the help of a lawyer, since it is better to refer to those norms of the law that have been violated. When writing, use such clerical phrases as: "In violation of the requirements of federal law …", "What discredits …", "What has a negative impact …".
Step 5
Do not forget to end your complaint with the words: "Please take action and …". Print the text in duplicate. On each, sign with a transcript of each signature, put the date of signing the complaint. You should keep one copy.
Step 6
Take both copies to the office of the organization that is the addressee of the complaint. Register your document. On the second copy, which remains with you, the office must also affix the incoming registration number. If you are sending a complaint by registered mail, then send the first copy and be sure to issue a delivery receipt.
