The Festival of Festivals takes place every year in St. Petersburg, at the end of June. The event is positioned as an international fiction film festival. Since 2000, this festival has been included in the list of especially significant events in St. Petersburg.

Its winners were such directors as: Philip Stelzl, Germany ("Grand Prix" for the film "Goethe"); Anton Sivers, Russia (Silver Griffin for The Roadside House); Victoria Lopach, Russia (“first prize of the short film jury for the painting“Take me out of here”); Ilya Kazankov, Russia (“second prize of the short film jury for the film“Boys”). In addition, the “Nikolai Ovsyannikov Prize for Creative Support” was awarded to the Russian director Yekaterina Ovsyannikova for the film “Felicita”. Russian actor Semyon Furman was honored with the award "For Talent and Popular Recognition". The Prize of the Film Festival Directorate was awarded to the 100 TV channel.
