Alexey Chumakov was born in Samarkand (Uzbekistan) on March 12, 1987. His father is a graphic designer, was engaged in the restoration of churches, his mother worked as a doctor. The first tour of the singer took place in Yekaterinburg, the event was sponsored by a Tyumen businessman. In 2003, Alexey took part in the People's Artist competition. Chumakov's wife - Yulia Kovalchuk, singer. They had known each other from the time when Yulia performed with the "Brilliant" group. Communication began after the singer took part in the show "Dancing on Ice".
They declared themselves a couple in 2009, and got married in 2013. The wedding was celebrated in Spain, only relatives were present at the event. In 2017, the couple had a girl, her name is Amelia.
