We are all consumers of goods and services. Unfortunately, both the quality of goods and service in the trade are often not up to par. Surely, each of the people got into such situations when they were faced with rudeness, rudeness and incompetence of the seller. Wanting to punish a negligent salesperson, the buyer usually writes a complaint against him. In order for the buyer's actions to be effective and lead to the desired result, you need to know how best to do it.
Instructions
Step 1
Ask the store for the "Book of Reviews and Suggestions". This official document must be issued at your very first request. On the first page of the "Book" there is an instruction, it contains the phone numbers of higher organizations to which you can complain:
• the management of this store;
• State Trade Inspection;
• department of consumption and services;
• city councils and prefectures.
Step 2
Make an entry in the "Book" detailing the essence of your complaint about the seller in great detail. Indicate his last name, first name, patronymic and what was his unprofessional behavior at the counter. Describe the circumstances in which your rights were violated, and also provide details of the witnesses to the incident. It is advisable to mention in your complaint the laws and regulations that have been violated.
Step 3
Visit the store again after five days and look at the “Book of reviews and suggestions”. Pay attention to the other side of the sheet on which you wrote the complaint about the seller. It should contain a record of the measures taken to eliminate deficiencies in the work of the store. If it took a longer period to correct the violation, the required period should be indicated on the sheet. It should not exceed fifteen days.
Step 4
Check the fulfillment of the promised measures. If your complaint about the seller in the store has not been responded to, write the second on a separate sheet. Writing a complaint against a seller to a higher organization must contain an exact indication of the name and number of the store, the name of the managers, the seller, the date and time when your rights were violated. Give one copy to the store management, and leave the second one with the signature of the manager about the receipt of the complaint. Send copies of it to:
• Consumer Market Department, • Rospotrebnadzor, • Trade inspection.
They are obliged to consider your complaint within a month and inform you in writing about the measures taken.
