Ukrposhta is the state postal operator of Ukraine, delivering domestic items, as well as parcels arriving from other countries. You can track the Ukrposhta parcel by its unique identifier.

Step 1
You can track the package Ukrposhta through a special page on the website of this organization (follow the link that you will find below). The service provides an opportunity to monitor internal registered postal items sent within Ukraine; international registered postal items sent outside Ukraine; international registered postal items arriving in Ukraine.
Step 2
Enter without gaps the 13-character identification code of the postal item in the special field and click "Search" to track the Ukrposhta parcel by number. Be careful when writing it, since the identifier of an international shipment contains 4 capital Latin letters (2 at the beginning and 2 at the end) and 9 digits, for example, CA123456789UA. Domestic shipment code consists of only 13 digits, for example, 0123456789123. You can find out the identifier from the payment document (cash register receipt, payment receipt, etc.).
Step 3
Each of the displayed tracking statuses of the Ukrposhta parcel has a special description. For example, "The departure of a parcel with an index … outside the territory of Ukraine" means that the parcel has crossed the border of Ukraine, and now, in order to track the parcel abroad, you need to go to the official website of the mail service of the country of destination. The status "Delivered to the addressee" indicates that the addressee has personally received the parcel. "In the process of processing" - the parcel is on the territory of Ukraine. "Delivered to the post office / not currently handed over" - the parcel is in the addressee's post office, but has not yet been handed over to him.
