early years
The girl was born in England in the spring of 1952. Her father worked as a builder in a large company, and her mother was engaged in the household. Father's work involved constant moving, so the family very often changed their place of residence. After the birth of their daughter, the parents settled in the United States, where Fischer graduated from high school.
Francis was fascinated by creativity from an early age. She had no doubt that sooner or later she would definitely become a famous artist. After receiving her primary education, the girl got a job as a secretary in a small office and began attending a theater studio, where she studied acting.
Frances's creative biography began in the city of Abingdon, where she moved from Texas, deciding to start an independent life. There, for the first time, the girl appeared on the stage of the local theater, and soon she was already enrolled in the main cast of the troupe. Fischer worked on stage for over ten years, but only in the 80s began to try her hand at cinema.

Then the actress reappeared on the screens in television projects: "Young Riders", "Cruel City", "Law and Order". It wasn't until the early 90s that Fischer got his first real success.
