How to pray in transport
It is clear that prayer requires a special state - so that no one interferes, does not distract, in order to concentrate and delve into one's thoughts, to come into contact with the upper world, so to speak, so that it can hear. In transport or in a private car, this will not work. However, there is still a way out.
You can read prayers on a dictaphone and just listen to them on a medium that you can take with you on your transport. This will not be a full-fledged prayer, but this method will help to develop the so-called "prayer channel", which, as a rule, people do not have. Then it will be easier to pray at home or in church - you will begin to feel the very state of prayer that true believers belonging to any religion are well aware of.
Another way to pray, if there is no way to close your eyes and focus, is introspection. Just think about how your day went. How did you treat people: with whom you quarreled, whom you helped. And honestly admit where you were right and where you were wrong. Also try to forgive the offenders and take all the attacks calmly. Then the next time you will react more calmly to negativity.
This method of prayer is called repentance, and here it is not necessary to sprinkle ashes on your head, scold yourself for wrong actions and light candles for the health of the one whom you have offended. The main thing is for yourself, to understand from the inside that you were wrong / was wrong. And try not to do that anymore.
