The future theater and film actor was born in Moscow on July 3, 1962. Behind him is the famous GITIS, from which he graduated in 1985. Since 1987, Yachevsky has been serving at the Sphere Theater. He had a chance to take part in the performances of the plays "The Seagull", "Gondla", "Doctor Zhivago", "Harold and Maud", "Preserve", "Not Love, but Fate …", "Lolita", "Spring Tale", "Theatrical novel”,“Penelope for All Seasons”.
In 2007, Yachevsky became the People's Artist of Russia.
Film career
Dmitry's debut in cinema took place in 1992, when he starred in the crime film Aries. Then there was a ten-year break in filming. The next time Yachevsky appeared on the screen in 2002, starring in the films "Two Fates" and "Late Dinner with …". Then there was the role of Captain Burov in the detective drama "Secret Sign". Subsequently, the actor was engaged in the projects "Attention, Moscow Speaks!", "Kadetstvo", "Citizen Chief", "Kings of the Game", "Vorotily", "Ranetki".
In 2014, Yachevsky played a major role in the drama Six Acres of Happiness. His hero is an entrepreneur whom his wife finds at the workplace in the arms of a beautiful girl. The marriage ends up bursting at the seams.
Two years later, Dmitry had to embody on the screen the image of the famous Admiral Nakhimov in the documentary historical reconstruction "Zero World". The project is dedicated to the Crimean War, in which the first confrontation between the world powers took place. The battle for Crimea was just one episode of a huge military scenario. The war between the main European powers and the Russian Empire affected the territory from the Baltic Sea to the Pacific Ocean. It was a confrontation for world domination. The historical reconstruction tells about the secret and obvious reasons for the war.
After that, Yachevsky added the films "The Shuttlewoman", "Second Youth", "Kaleidoscope of Fate", "Boomerang" to his cinematic achievements.
Personal life of Dmitry Yachevsky
The actor is married with a second marriage. His wife is an actress of theater and cinema Angelica Volskaya. They met on the set of the film "Detective without a license" in 2003. At that time, Dmitry was married. And yet he decided to leave the family for the sake of Angelica. He believed that at forty a person should have the right to happiness. Angelica was very worried about this situation, because she was given the role of a homeless woman.
For a while, Dmitry and his chosen one lived in a civil marriage. They were officially married in May 2006. From her first marriage, Angelica has a son, Andrei. Dmitry managed to find a common language with him and become his friend.
