Vladimir Bocharov is a Russian songwriter in the chanson genre. Mikhail Krug contributed greatly to his career. Bocharov's songs captivate listeners with their sincerity. Few people know that in his youth he suffered a spinal injury and has not walked since then.
Biography: early years
Vladimir Vladimirovich Bocharov was born on November 8, 2011 in Voronezh. As a child he was a bully, for this reason he changed three schools. He began to get involved in music as a teenager, and before that he attended several sports sections. At the age of 15, he independently mastered the guitar. A year later, Vladimir wrote the first song.
Bocharov graduated from nine classes and entered vocational school, where he mastered the profession of a cook. However, he did not work in his specialty. At the age of 17, Vladimir suffered a spinal injury after unsuccessfully jumping from a bungee while resting at a tourist center. He received a strong blow with his head on the bottom of the river. However, the worst thing happened later, when he first had several unsuccessful operations, and then completely dropped from the operating gurney. In fact, doctors broke Vladimir's neck again. Since then, he has been moving around in a wheelchair.
For the next four years, Bocharov did not write a single line, since he was morally devastated. In an interview, he admitted that then he lost not only his health, but also the people he considered friends. At that moment, he completely rethought life.
Career
Vladimir returned to music in 1996. He considers this year to be the beginning of his creative career. After a four-year break, he, as they say, "burst out": he barely had time to write down poetry.
The first songs of Bocharov, which he recorded at home with a guitar, first went to friends, and then got to the studio. Vladimir's debut album "Goodbye, Kolyma" was released at the expense of the record company, so he did not receive a dime for its implementation.
Soon, Mikhail Krug, already a famous chansonnier at that time, learned about Bocharov. He bought three songs from him at once, among which was the "Beauty", which quickly became popular. With the money raised, Vladimir released the album "Chanson Played". The circle was not against further cooperation with Bocharov. But soon Mikhail was killed.
Other performers of the chanson began to turn to Bocharov for songs, including Katerina Golitsyna, Valery Kuras, Zheka, Mikhail Bondarev, Leonid Teleshev. In 2005 he released another album called "The Girl from Youth".
Bocharov rarely gives concerts. He does not have a director, so all organizational issues fall on his shoulders. And since it is physically difficult for him, Vladimir decided to give up active concert activity.
