BIOGRAPHY

Shuranova Antonina Nikolaevna was born on April 30, 1939 in the city of Sevastopol in the family of a military man.

After lifting the blockade from Leningrad, Shuranova with her mother and two younger sisters moved to the Northern Capital.

During her school years, the girl was engaged in water sports, painting, choral singing, and also looked after animals at the zoo. A special place in the life of young Antonina was taken by her participation in performances on the stage of the Hermitage Theater, where her acting skills began to manifest.

After graduating from a seven-year school, Antonina Nikolaevna was forced to enter the green building technical school and work as a gardener in the squares and parks of the Vyborg district. This was due to the need to help her mother make a living, but her dreams of an acting career did not leave her.

Three years later, Shuranova successfully entered the “Leningrad Theater Institute named after A. N. Ostrovsky for the course of Tatiana Grigorievna Soinikova.

After graduating from the institute in 1963, the young actress was accepted into the troupe of the Leningrad Theater for Young Spectators named after A. A. Bryantsev ", in which she played until 1988 under the direction of the chief director Z. Ya. Karagodsky.
