Step 1
An electronic application can be submitted in several ways. For example, you can type the text of the application in any text editor, specifying all the contact information in it. After that, transfer the information carrier with the application file to the social protection authorities personally or through your representative. In the latter case, you must issue a power of attorney to take legal action on your behalf.
Step 2
Find on the Internet the department of social protection you are interested in in your region, locality. Many of them have special pages for accepting applications. Unfortunately, there is no single list of all sites where this is possible.
Step 3
You can submit your application and the required documents electronically in any way available to you. For example, by email. In most cases, you cannot be denied their admission. Some departments of social protection of the population accept documents in this form.
Step 4
Use the Single Portal "Government Services" (https://gosuslugi.ru). In order to leave an application to any government agency, including social protection, you need to register on the portal. To do this, click the "Register" button in the upper right corner. Fill all necessary fields. In about 2 weeks you will receive a certified letter with instructions on how to activate your personal page. After that, to enter the portal, simply enter your username (SNILS) and password.
Step 5
After logging into the portal, in the upper horizontal menu, select the "Electronic services" item. Then "Ministry of Health and Social Development". Now you need to select the appropriate Social Insurance Fund. After clicking on it, you will be presented with several actions to choose from, including "Reception of citizens' appeals."
Step 6
In a new window that opens, click "Get a service". Fill in all the fields and submit your request. You will be contacted and told what documents you need to provide. They will inform the contacts to send them.
