Compulsory state insurance is provided for a certain part of the already quite numerous stratum of Russian society, which are civil servants. This is a social protection measure that provides for measures to insure their health, property and life.

Step 1
Compulsory state insurance is regulated by article 969 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The article says that this measure is provided to ensure the social interests of citizens holding public positions of categories B and C, established by the law on the fundamentals of public service in the Russian Federation. The insurers allocating funds for this purpose are the relevant ministries or other executive authorities. That is, in fact, money for this is allocated from the state budget.
Step 2
Insurance companies providing this type of insurance must have the appropriate authority to do so. The relationship between insurers and policyholders is carried out on the basis of insurance contracts, the amount of payment for which is determined by laws or other regulations.
Step 3
The subjects of this type of insurance are both state institutions and some categories of citizens - individuals. So, in particular, servicemen and those citizens who are called up for military training on the summons of military registration and enlistment offices can count on him. The insured in the compulsory state insurance system are employees of the internal affairs bodies, the penal system, the tax police and the State Fire Service.
Step 4
The state and the staff of the foreign intelligence agencies did not offend - payments for insured events for this category of civil servants amount to up to 180 salaries of their pay. Judges, who are essentially independent, are also insured by the state for the amount of their salaries over a fifteen-year period. Insurance is also laid on arbitration and jury assessors, prosecutors, investigators and interrogators, those who carry out operational-search activities and police officers who maintain order and ensure the safety of citizens.
Step 5
Those who have been provided with such social protection by the state also include employees of the Federal Security Service, bailiffs, employees of control, customs and tax authorities. But state insurance is provided not only for those who are civil servants and belong to one of the listed categories, but also for their loved ones.
