Dads and grandmothers, and sometimes mothers themselves, not having time to obtain a birth certificate, rush to the commissions for the acquisition of preschool educational institutions. Sound familiar? She's already in the past. Now, in order to enroll in kindergartens in Moscow, it is enough to have access to the Internet.

Instructions
Step 1
Go to the website of the Electronic Commission for the Recruitment of Preschool Educational Institutions. First, go through the registration - come up with a username and password, enter your full name and check numbers. Confirm registration by e-mail.
Step 2
Return to the website of the electronic commission and click the "Fill in the application" tab, then enter your username and password. You will be taken to a page where you will need to fill in the data about the child (name, date of birth, gender, place of registration, series and number of the birth certificate, etc.). Indicate the address of the child's actual residence.
Step 3
Select the date of the desired admission of the child to the preschool educational institution. If you are eligible for benefits, select the option you want from the drop-down list. If you have any medical conditions, note the health needs of the child. In the item "Special needs" you can choose a group of 2-3 hour, 12 hour or 24 hour stay. Next, fill in the information about the parents or legal representatives of the child (per person). Enter the information about the preschool educational institution - the desired district, district and then up to three institutions from the list.
Step 4
According to the order of the Department of Education of the city of Moscow No. 326 dated 03.05.2011 "On amendments to the order of the Department of Education of the city of Moscow No. 126 dated February 11, 2011" in the absence of places in the desired kindergarten / nursery, you will be offered another option from the same or neighboring district. In case of your three-fold refusal from the proposed replacements, the application will be postponed to the next academic year.
Step 5
Click the "Submit" button. A letter will be sent to the e-mail specified during registration with information that your application has been accepted. The identifier number will also be indicated there, with which you can track progress in the queue. To do this, on the main page of the website of the electronic commission for recruiting preschool educational institutions, on the right, find the heading "Electronic journal of future pupils", enter your individual code and click the button "Get information"
Step 6
After submitting the application, you must, within 30 calendar days, provide the district information support service with documents confirming the information specified in the application (birth certificate of the child with the registration stamp, applicant's passport, if there are benefits and health needs - all the necessary certificates).
