On the other hand, there are a number of examples when a person without higher education achieves heights in his career. Many young people are actively engaged in self-education. Modern Internet technologies allow you to get any level of education without much effort.

"Against" higher education
There is an opinion among young people that a higher education diploma is a formality. This trend is explained by the lack of demand for some specialties in the labor market. Therefore, university graduates are forced to work outside their specialty.

The requirements of employers to the applicant are often overstated, the competition is growing every day. The consciousness of young people is significantly influenced by the Western education system. There are many examples in Europe of how people without higher education became successful and rich. However, in Russia such a situation is practically impossible due to a number of social and economic factors.
The need for higher education is a personal choice for everyone. It all depends on the motivation and psychological characteristics of the individual.
