Step 1
There is a residence permit, but there is nowhere to live because relatives, parents or spouse are being kicked out. If there is a registration on a given living space, then a certain share of the footage is also supposed to be here, and no one has the right to expel a tenant. In this situation, if you cannot resolve the issue peacefully, go to court. Provide your passport, registration and application for the division of property. When considering the case, the court will oblige either to pay the other tenants the cost of the legal share, or indicate the share of each owner to live legally.
Step 2
Refugees and internally displaced persons have the right to provide only temporary housing, as provided by law. In fact, only citizens belonging to a socially unprotected category can get housing (single pensioners, disabled people of the 1st group, single mothers with children under 3 years old, large families). Submit a certificate of the availability of a particular preferential category to the migration service. Await a response with a referral for temporary housing. While the issue is being considered, they are obliged to provide housing at the temporary reception point, however, the period of residence there is limited to 5 days.
Step 3
There is a category of fire victims, which is appropriated if a house / apartment was destroyed spontaneously. Contact the local administration with the available documents, in case of refusal to register, apply to the court with a statement. If the house was damaged by fire for an unknown reason, and it was not insured, then, unfortunately, no compensation is provided for by law.
Step 4
The provision of housing when you change your place of residence is not voluntarily provided. However, as an option, you can get a job with the provision of living space. To do this, prepare a standard set of documents for applying for a job and an application for the provision of living space.
