Viktor Sukhorukov was born in Orekhovo-Zuevo in 1954 and grew up in an ordinary working-class family. Since childhood, he was distinguished by his artistry and dreamed of building to become an actor. This is what prompted him after school to secretly go to Moscow to enter the Moscow Art Theater. However, the audition ended in failure, and the young man was advised to forget about his acting career. So he got into the army, and after that he went to work at a factory.
In 1974, Sukhorukov made an attempt to enter GITIS, and now his dream has come true. After receiving his education, Victor moved to Leningrad in 1978 and started working at the Theater. Unfortunately, the aspiring artist became addicted to alcohol, which is why he was fired. For some time he tried himself in various professional fields, but in the end he came to the Theater. In 1995, the actor was admitted back to the Leningrad Comedy Theater, but he was already fired up by the prospect of filming.
