"Kino" is a truly cult rock band that existed in the USSR and has gathered around itself a huge number of fans who remain fans of Viktor's music even twenty years after the death of the famous musician. But what is the Kino's discography, and how many albums of the group have been released over the eight years of its existence?

Studio albums "Kino"

The number of studio albums released by the musical group reaches nine. This is "45", released in 1982; "46" dating from 1983; "Chief of Kamchatka" in 1984; the album "This is not love", released in 1985; 1986 Night; "Blood group" - 1988; "The Last Hero" and "A Star Called The Sun", dating from 1989, as well as the album "Kino", also known as "Black Album".

The Black Album got its name due to the fact that its first version was recorded by Viktor Tsoi himself and Yuri Kasparyan in a draft version. After the death of Tsoi, the musicians gathered and finalized the disc.

Thus, only 1987 became “albumless” for Kino, in which not a single new song was released.

And the most popular were the last three discs with famous songs: the politicized "I want a change!", "Summer Is Over", "Cuckoo", "Watch Yourself" and "When Your Girlfriend Is Sick."

Other albums and singles "Kino"

During the entire existence of "Kino" the musicians of the group have also released five singles:

- "From the Album Chief of Kamchatka" 1987 with four songs: "Kamchatka", "General", "Trolleybus" and "Walk romantic";

- "From the Night Album", released in 1988 - the songs "The Last Hero", "Life in Glass" and "Game";

- "Maman" 1989 - "Maman" (or "Mom, we are all seriously ill") and Trolleybus;

- in the same year, a sound supplement to the well-known magazine "Club and Amateur Art" was published;

- and a sound supplement to the Soviet magazine "Krugozor" with number 7/90.

The songs "Kino" and Viktor Tsoi were also released on two compilations in 1987 and 1989. The first one was called "ACCA" and included soundtracks for the film of the same name. In addition to "Kino", the bands "Merry Boys", "Aquarium", "Union of Composers" and "Bravo" took part in the recording of the album.

Zhanna Aguzarova was still the soloist of the famous "Bravo".

The second collection was called "The Hit Parade of Alexander Gradsky" and was formed in accordance with the preferences of the famous and now composer and performer.

The Kino group also took part in the formation of foreign collections of rock music: Red Wave (released in the USA in 1986), MIR: Reggae From Around the World - 1987, Rocking Soviet, dating from 1988 year and released in France, the Polish "Epoka Dla Nas" 1989.

After the death of Viktor Tsoi, fans of the group were able to purchase concert albums of "Kino" and its leader:

- "Concert in a rock club";

- “The first recordings of“Gagarin and the Dibeloids”;

- Live (recordings of performances from 1988-1990s);

- "Concert in Dubna" (1987);

- "Unknown Records" (includes an acoustic concert in Tallinn, a flat in Leningrad, a rock festival in the Moscow House of Communications and the Leningrad acoustics of 1982);

- "Acoustic concert";

- "Acoustics" (or "Songs with a guitar");

- “January 12-13, 1985. Moscow ;

- “Mike Naumenko. Viktor Tsoi ;

- "Execution is permitted" (collective concert, in which, in addition to Viktor Tsoi, Boris Grebenshchikov and Mike Naumenko took part);
