Biography

Irina Savitskaya was born on April 10, 1973 in Leningrad (now St. Petersburg). Ira's family had nothing to do with art. In 2000 she received a prize at the X International Festival "Baltic House" for the best female role in the play "Miss Julie".

In 2000, the actress got married and left for Novosibirsk, where until 2003 she worked at the local Globus Theater. In the theater, Irina played in the productions of "The Gentle", "The Marriage of Figaro", "The Marquise de Sade", "The Gamblers" and others.

From 2006 to 2009, she again began to work at the Theater. Lensovet (Open Theater). The actress played there in the productions of "Elektra", "Jokes of Ptushkina", "Darling", "Puss in Boots" and others.
