Brief plot of the series
1 season. Series 1-3. Sergei Kuzmichev, a former Russian policeman, is attacked by unknown assailants. He is kidnapped from the hospital and hiding in a country house. There they make him an offer to become a secret agent. After Sergei's refusal, unknown persons kidnap his son and wife and start a fire in his house with thrown corpses. Sergei thinks that his family burned down in the fire and agrees to become an FSB officer. Undercover, the main character meets the killer Yura and tries to get into the sight of the Watchmaker's authority.
Series 4-7. The mole continues to carry out its task and eliminates competitors. A high-ranking official Viktor Sergeevich is finally drawing attention to him. Sergei receives a new assignment - to control the restaurant "Mandarin" and go to Arsen - "the leader of the central".
Walking with his friend Masha, the Mole notices his wife and son, but the couple is attacked. Now he decides to kill Arsen. After completing the task, Sergei becomes the right hand of the "Watchmaker" and gives him an old chronometer with a secret. After the death of the authority, Sergei becomes the master of his "empire".
Series 8-12. The young girl Dasha is taken to the forest and killed. Mole's guards are shot. CFO Marina is being blackmailed and forced to work against the boss.
Sergei sends Starkov to his city to find out if his family is still alive. Starkov manages to find the owner's wife and son.
The second season of the television series was a continuation of the events of the first season.
Season 2. Series 1-4. Kuzmichev's double survives the crash and returns to Nikolai. The main character goes to his hometown and meets his wife Anna.
A major businessman, Okunev, arrives from Sibirsk, who unexpectedly dies after Sergei escorts him to the hotel. Kuzmichev becomes the prime suspect in the murder. It turns out that he was framed by the investigator Konyushin, who acted on the order of the Moscow vice-mayor Kulikov.
Series 5-9. Sergei is looking for Panteleev's kidnappers. Sabur's assistant invites him to lead a large business. The special services promise to support Mole in this matter.
In Siberia, a romance arises between Oksana and Kostya, but Kostya is attacked and thrown into the river. He is rescued by the hermit Anton, who lives on the island.
Lawyer Lerr wants to sell Margeladze information that Sergei is working undercover.
Series 10-12. Lerr is trying to get information about Sergei's secret cooperation with the special services. To do this, he meets with an FSB officer. Mole informs Margeladze that Lerr is blackmailing a military officer who is illegally selling weapons.
Sabur is released from prison and informs Kuzmichev that he is aware of his secret cooperation with the special services, as well as the leak of information about a large consignment of drugs.
