The future artist was born on August 17, 1980 in an ordinary Moscow family, far from the world of theater and cinema. After graduating from high school, Eugene entered a technical university, but soon realized that his future was directly related to acting, and on the first attempt he became a student at the Shchukin Theater School.
After receiving a higher theatrical education, Kulakov joined the troupe of the Hermitage Theater, where he is still on the stage. The artist already has more than twenty productions and several dozen film roles.

Today, young parents no longer hide these problems from the public and even share them with their followers on Instagram. In 2017, the family was replenished with a daughter.
